EN : Purpose of the Study: To analyze social entrepreneurship within the scope of social work and develop the technology for its successful implementation in a community setting. Object of the Study: Social entrepreneurship as an innovative socio-economic phenomenon within the social work system. Subject of the Study: The theoretical, technological, and practical foundations for the development and implementation of social entrepreneurship as an effective tool for solving pressing social issues. Research Methodology: The research employs a suite of comprehensive methods, including the institutional approach, sustainable development approach, and social innovation approach. These are complemented by empirical methods such as content analysis, comparative analysis, SWOT analysis, and case study analysis. Hypothesis: Social entrepreneurship constitutes an effective and sustainable tool for social work. Its successful integration into a territorial community can be ensured through the application of a clear technology that encompasses a comprehensive analysis of social needs, the formation of robust intersectoral partnerships, and continuous monitoring of social impact. Conclusions: 1. Social entrepreneurship represents an innovative technology in social work, facilitating the transition to the sustainable socio-economic integration of the most vulnerable groups, thereby serving as a critical mechanism for post-war community recovery. 2. The successful execution of social entrepreneurship requires a well-defined implementation technology at the community level, coupled with the mandatory use of Social Impact Measurement mechanisms to ensure transparency and attract targeted investment. 3. The further development and scaling of the sector are contingent upon systemic state support and the modernization of the social worker profession.
