Abstract
EN : The purpose of the study: to determine the features of the organization and implementation of social work with civilian victims of war with PTSD, and to develop practical recommendations for its improvement The object of the study is the system of social work with civilian victims of war with post-traumatic stress disorder. The subject of the study is methods, organizational approaches and practical strategies for social support of civilians with PTSD. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, specification, systematization, analogy, questionnaire, interview, document analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. Hypothesis: effective social work with civilian victims of war who have posttraumatic stress disorder involves a holistic combination of regulatory and legal regulation, psychological support, and individualized organizational approaches that can ensure the reintegration of victims into the social environment and reduce the risks of their social isolation. Conclusions 1 The generalization of the results of the first section shows that post-traumatic stress disorder in civilian victims of war is a complex sociopsychological phenomenon that requires an integrative approach and systemic social support. 2. Theoretical analysis shows that post-traumatic stress disorder in civilian victims of war has a multifactorial nature and is manifested by accumulated traumatization, which causes a persistent impairment of adaptation and functioning in conditions of chronic hypervigilance.
