Нове будівництво житлового будинку із офісними приміщеннями у м. Буча

Abstract

UA : У кваліфікаційній роботі розроблено архітектурно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення будівлі шестиповерхового житлового будинку із вбудованими офісними у м. Буча. Виконано аналіз інженерно-геологічних умов будівельного майданчика, розрахунок і проєктування фундаментів, а також обґрунтовано прийняті конструктивні рішення. Розроблено технологічну карту на зведення надземної частини будівлі. У розділі організації будівництва визначено обсяги та трудомісткість робіт, складено календарний графік виконання будівельно-монтажних робіт і будівельний генеральний план. В економічній частині виконано локальний кошторисний розрахунок та визначено основні техніко-економічні показники об’єкта. Прийняті проєктні рішення відповідають чинним вимогам нормативних документів щодо надійності, безпеки, технологічності та економічної доцільності будівництва.EN : The qualification work developed architectural, planning and constructive solutions for the construction of a six-story residential building with built-in offices in the city of Bucha. An analysis of the engineering and geological conditions of the construction site was performed, the calculation and design of the foundations were performed, and the adopted constructive solutions were justified. A technological map was developed for the construction of the above-ground part of the building. In the section on the organization of construction, the volume and complexity of the work were determined, a calendar schedule for the implementation of construction and installation works and a construction master plan were drawn up. In the economic part, a local estimate calculation was performed and the main technical and economic indicators of the facility were determined. The adopted design solutions meet the current requirements of regulatory documents regarding reliability, safety, manufacturability and economic feasibility of construction.
