Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 100 pages of printed text, contains 6 figures, 3 tables, 2 appendices. The list of references includes 67 sources. The object of research: the phenomenon of self-acceptance of the individual. Modern society is characterized by rapid social, economic and cultural changes that significantly affect the personal development of women. In the process of life, a woman performs a number of important social roles - professional, family, maternal, public - and each of them forms her idea of herself, her capabilities and limitations. In adulthood, which is a period of rethinking life experience, achievements and values, the problem of positive self-perception as a psychological resource that provides inner harmony, adaptability and satisfaction with life acquires particular importance. The issue of positive self-perception is becoming especially relevant in the context of modern challenges associated with the increase in women's social activity, the transformation of traditional ideas about femininity and success, as well as the increase in psychological stress caused by multitasking and social expectations. For many mature women, this stage is accompanied by a crisis of self-esteem, a reassessment of roles and goals, and the need for a new acceptance of oneself. That is why the study of positive self-perception has not only theoretical, but also important practical significance for psychological counseling and personal development. Scientific novelty of the study: the structure of positive self-perception of mature women was investigated and the leading factors that determine its formation were identified; the content of the concept of "positive self-perception" was clarified as an integrated characteristic that combines cognitive self-understanding, emotional self-acceptance, and behavioral activity aimed at self-development; Statistically significant correlations were found between indicators of self-esteem, emotional attitude towards oneself, personal maturity, personal growth initiative and life satisfaction, which confirms the holistic nature of positive self-perception.
