Технологічні особливості безперервного горизонтального розливання-прокатки алюмінієвих сплавів

UA : В роботі показано, що процеси безперервного горизонтального лиття профільних заготовок та сортового прокату для фахівців металургійної галузі є актуальним завданням, спрямованим на розробку сучасних методів та технологій, що поєднують у єдиний комплекс виплавку, розливання та деформаційну обробку. Проведено розрахунки розподілу питомих тисків за довжиною наведеної осьової координати ξ. Розрахунки показали, що досягається необхідний тиск стиснення заготовки відлитої із застосуванням валків при менших значеннях діаметрів.EN : The work shows that the processes of continuous horizontal casting of profiled blanks and graded rolled products are an urgent task for specialists in the metallurgical industry, aimed at the development of modern methods and technologies that combine smelting, pouring and deformation processing into a single complex. Calculations of the distribution of specific pressures along the length of the specified axial coordinate ξ have been carried out. Calculations showed that the necessary compression pressure of the cast workpiece is achieved with the use of rolls at smaller values of the diameters.
