Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 78 pages of printed text, contains 1 table, 1 figure, 5 appendices. The list of references includes 63 sources. The object of the study is the criminal behavior of juvenile offenders. The crime of juvenile offenders always attracts increased attention of society. This is fully justified, firstly, by the fact that the spread of crimes and other offenses has a destructive effect on youth, which is a reserve of social, cultural, political and economic development of any state. Secondly, juvenile crime can be considered as a predictor of all crime, because juvenile offenders are, in essence, a reserve of adult crime. The formation of criminal behavior of juveniles is a complex and multifactorial process that attracts the attention of researchers, teachers, psychologists and law enforcement officers. This topic is extremely relevant, since it is during adolescence that basic behavioral models are formed that determine a person's future life path. In this context, psychological factors that determine the motivation, worldview, emotional state and behavioral reactions of adolescents play a special role. The influence of these factors can both contribute to deviant behavior and ensure its prevention, provided that timely intervention is provided. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the integrated approach to identifying factors that influence the formation of criminal behavior of juvenile offenders.
