Реалізація засобів комічного в сучасній стендап комедії

Abstract

UA : Дипломна робота – 50 стор., 46 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження: жанр сучасної англомовної та української стендап комедії. Мета роботи: виявлення та аналіз лінгвістичних засобів, які створюють ефект комічного у виступах Джека Уайтхолла “I’m Only Joking”, Джиммі Карра “Being Funny” та Джеррі Сайнфелда “I'm Telling You for the Last Time”, Стівена Райта “I Have а Pony”, “I Still Have a Pony” та Кевіна Харта “Zero F**ks Given” та особливості їх реалізації у жанрі стендап. Теоретико-методологічні засади: ключові положення робіт А. Решетарової, Ю. Пономаренко, В. Фішера, Ф. Аджайе, які окреслюють характерні риси та особливості жанру сучасного англомовного стендапу. Отримані результати: найбільш розповсюджені лінгвістичні засоби реалізації комічного у жанрі сучасного англомовного стендапу – це гротеск, каламбур, метафора, пародія, парадокс і карикатура. Кожен із засобів характеризується унікальними особливостями, що надають комічному твору яскравіше емоційно-експресивне забарвлення. Для сучасного англомовного стендапу характерна реакція на сучасні соціальні проблеми (як побутові, так і глобальні), висміювання моральних вад людини, акцент на табуйовані теми. Для утримання уваги аудиторії та посилення гумористичного ефекту коміки (Дж. Уайтхолл, Дж. Карр, Дж. Сайнфелд, Стівен Райт, Кевін Харт) використовують різнорівневі засоби виразності та стилістичні прийоми, такі як іронія, сарказм, сатира, пародія.EN : The presented paper is dedicated to the analysis of such a topical problem as the implementation of humor devices in contemporary English-language stand-up comedy. The object of the work can be defined as the genre of contemporary English, American and Ukrainian stand-up comedy. The main aim of the paper consists in identifying and analyzing the linguistic means that create a comic effect in the performances of Jack Whitehall’s “I’m Only Joking”, Jimmy Carr’s “Being Funny”, Jerry Seinfeld’s “I'm Telling You for the Last Time”, Steven Wright’s “I Have a Pony” and “I Still Have a Pony”, and Kevin Hart’s “Zero F**ks Given”, as well as the specifics of their implementation in the stand-up. It determined the accomplishment of such objectives as: - investigation of origins and characteristics of the stand-up genre; - describing the general characteristics of various types of humor; - analysis of linguistic devices and techniques for creating humor; - research of the factors influencing the comic effect in stand-up; The most common linguistic means of comic realization in the genre of modern English-language stand-up are grotesque, pun, metaphor, parody, paradox and caricature. To keep the audience's attention and enhance the humorous effect, comedians use different levels of expressiveness and stylistic techniques, such as irony, sarcasm, satire, parody. The scientific novelty of the presented research is defined by the attempt to explore the linguistic means of creating a comic effect in the genre of contemporary English-language stand-up comedy in present-day realities.
