Соціальна робота громадських організацій під час війни та повоєнного відновлення країни

Abstract

UA : Метою є з’ясувати, як працюють громадські організації під час війни і після неї, та як можна зробити їхню соціальну роботу ефективнішою. Мета дослідження: дослідити особливості соціальної діяльності ГО у кризових умовах та дослідити чинники, що впливають на її результативність. Об’єкт дослідження: роль громадських організацій у наданні соціальної допомоги в умовах війни та після її завершення. Предмет дослідження: форми, методи та напрями соціальної роботи, які реалізуються громадськими організаціями в кризових умовах та під час відбудови суспільства. Гіпотеза: успішність соціальної підтримки з боку ГО в кризові та післякризові періоди зумовлюється координацією з державою, наявністю ресурсів і швидкістю реагування. Висновки: 1. Під час війни громадські організації забезпечують необхідну соціальну підтримку і є важливою ланкою допомоги. 2. Забезпечення результативної соціальної роботи можливе за умов належного фінансування, ефективної координації з державними органами та кваліфікованого персоналу.EN : The aim is to find out how public organizations work during and after the war, and how their social work can be made more effective. The purpose of the study: to investigate the features of the social activities of NGOs in crisis conditions and to investigate the factors that influence its effectiveness. The object of the study: the role of public organizations in providing social assistance during the war and after its end. The subject of the study: forms, methods and directions of social work implemented by public organizations in crisis conditions and during the reconstruction of society. Hypothesis: the success of social support from NGOs in crisis and post-crisis periods is determined by coordination with the state, the availability of resources and the speed of response. Conclusions: 1. During the war, public organizations provide the necessary social support and are an important link in assistance. 2. Ensuring effective social work is possible under conditions of adequate funding, effective coordination with state bodies, and qualified personnel.
