Соціально-педагогічний захист дітей внутрішньо переміщених осіб в умовах війни в Україні

Abstract

Мета дослідження: розробити та обґрунтувати ефективні соціально педагогічні заходи для забезпечення захисту дітей внутрішньо переміщених осіб різного віку в умовах війни в Україні. Об’єкт дослідження: процес соціально-педагогічного захисту дітей ВПО в умовах війни в Україні. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи соціально-педагогічного захисту дітей внутрішньо переміщених осіб у воєнний період. Методи дослідження: аналіз наукової літератури; систематизація та узагальнення даних нормативно-правових актів і наукових джерел; анкетування, опитування та інтерв’ю з дітьми ВПО, їхніми батьками, соціальними педагогами та шкільними психологами. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у систематизації теоретико практичних підходів до соціально-педагогічного захисту дітей ВПО, а також у розробці рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення цього процесу з урахуванням сучасних викликів війни в Україні. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в розробці програми соціально педагогічного захисту дітей ВПО, яка може бути використана педагогами, психологами, соціальними працівниками та органами місцевої влади для організації підтримки дітей різного віку в умовах війни. Результати дослідження можуть бути застосовані для розробки державних і місцевих програм, спрямованих на інтеграцію та адаптацію дітей ВПО, а також для підготовки методичних матеріалів для фахівців.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (67 items, 3 of them in a foreign language), 3 appendixes on 13 pages. The purpose of the study: to develop and substantiate effective socio pedagogical measures to ensure the protection of children of internally displaced persons of different ages in the conditions of war in Ukraine. Object of the study: the process of socio-pedagogical protection of children of IDPs in the conditions of war in Ukraine. Subject of the study: content, forms and methods of socio-pedagogical protection of children of internally displaced persons during the war period. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to determine the essence and features of the socio-pedagogical protection of children; 2) to analyze the legal and social aspects of the status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine and to identify the psychological and pedagogical features of IDP children in wartime; 3) to investigate the main problems and needs of IDP children in the field of socio-pedagogical protection through empirical research; 4) to develop a program of socio-pedagogical protection of IDP children in wartime, which includes psychological, educational and social support; 5) to provide recommendations for improving the socio-pedagogical protection of IDP children of different ages, taking into account the challenges of wartime. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of scientific literature to clarify the concept of socio-pedagogical protection and determine the psychological and pedagogical features of IDP children in war conditions; systematization and generalization of data from regulatory legal acts and scientific sources to study the legal and social status of IDP children in Ukraine; empirical: questionnaires, surveys and interviews with IDP children, their parents, social educators and school psychologists to identify the main problems and needs in the field of socio pedagogical protection. The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of socio-pedagogical protection of children of internally displaced persons” the concept and essence of social and pedagogical protection of children are revealed, the features of the status of internally displaced persons in Ukraine are highlighted: legal and social aspects, the psychological and pedagogical features of children of internally displaced persons in war conditions are analyzed. The section 2 “Experimental study of social and pedagogical protection of children of internally displaced persons in conditions of war in Ukraine” the main problems and needs of children of internally displaced persons in the field of social and pedagogical protection were identified, a program of social and pedagogical protection of children of internally displaced persons in war conditions was developed, and recommendations were provided for improving the social and pedagogical protection of children of internally displaced persons in war conditions. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of a program for the social and pedagogical protection of IDP children, which can be used by teachers, psychologists, social workers and local authorities to organize support for children of all ages in war conditions. Recommendations for the implementation of mobile psychological teams, digital platforms for education, extracurricular activities and support for IDP families have practical value for implementation in educational institutions, community centers and temporary shelters. The results of the study can be used to develop state and local programs aimed at the integration and adaptation of IDP children, as well as to prepare methodological materials for specialists.
