UA : Виконано аналіз теоретико-методологічних засад розробки та оптимізації бізнес-процесів в організації в умовах ринку. Проаналізовано основні показники фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства та здійснено діагностику проблем розробки та оптимізації бізнес-процесів. Визначено і обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення та надано практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення розробки та оптимізації бізнес-процесів в організації в умовах ринку.EN : The analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development and optimization of business processes in the organization in the market.
