Аналіз процесу осаджування свинцевих циліндричних зразків на пресах та молотах

Abstract

UA : У роботі проведено аналіз осаджування зразків та процесів які проходять в середині зразка при осаджуванні. З роботи таких авторів як В.О. Ніколаєв, І.Я. Тарновський, О. П. Грудєв, Є. П. Унксов, С.І. Губкин і інші відомо що нерівномірність осаджування залежить в першу чергу від тертя, яке присутнє між зразком та робочим інструментом. Описана підготовка, процес і обробка отриманих даних осаджування. У роботі проаналізована економічна вигода при зміні технологічних факторів впливу. При порівняні двох зразків, які були осадженні при різних умовах контактного середовища, при підрахунках, економія електроенергії склала до 15%.EN : In the work, an analysis of the deposition of samples and the processes that take place in the middle of the sample during deposition is carried out. From the work of such authors as V.O. Nikolaev, I.Ya. Tarnovskyi, O.P. Grudev, E.P. Unksov, S.I. Gubkin and others know that the unevenness of the deposition depends primarily on the friction that exists between the sample and the working tool. The preparation, process and processing of the obtained deposition data are described. The paper analyzes the economic benefits of changing the technological factors of influence. When comparing two samples that were deposited under different conditions of the contact environment, when calculating, the electricity savings amounted to 15%.
