UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто теоретико-методологічні засади формування механізмів соціально-орієнтованого управління на підприємстві в умовах управління конкурентоспроможністю. Розглянуто особливості формування механізмів соціально-орієнтованого управління Вільнянської районної державної адміністрації Запорізької області в умовах управління конкурентоспроможністю. Певна увага приділяється виявленню перспектив і недоліків механізмів соціально-орієнтованого управління на підприємстві в умовах управління конкурентоспроможністю.EN : The qualification work deals with theoretical and methodological principles of formation of mechanisms of socially-oriented management at the enterprise in terms of competitiveness management. The peculiarities of formation of mechanisms of socially oriented management of the Vilnius district state administration of Zaporizhzhia region under the conditions of competitiveness management are considered. Particular attention is paid to identifying the prospects and disadvantages of mechanisms of socially-oriented management in the enterprise in terms of competitiveness management.
