Abstract

UA : У проекті представлені такі основні розділи: архітектурно-будівельний, розрахунково-конструктивний, технологія зведення будівель, організація будівельного виробництва, економіка будівництва, охорона праці. В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стінової огорожі. В розділі фундаментів проведений аналіз складу основи. Фундаменти под. будівлю монолітні залізобетонні. Згідно з технологією зведення будівель розглядаються варіанти можливого зведення каркасу будівлі, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат і схему виконання робіт, а також календарний графік робіт.. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик під будівництво розважального кіноцентру з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи.EN : The project presents the following main sections: architectural and construction, design and construction, building construction technology, organization of construction production, construction economics, labor protection.
