Abstract
UA : Робота викладена на 101 сторінках, друкованого тексту, 7 таблиць, 9 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження: психологічна резилієнтність жінок в умовах воєнного стану. У світі підвищення інтересу до проблеми резилієнсу відбулося після військових дій США в Іраку та Афганістані, терористичного акту 11 вересня 2001 р. в Нью-Йорку. Наслідки війни, терроризму завдають тривалої фізичної та психологічної шкоди всім категоріям населення країн. Теперешній стан українського суспільства можна охарактеризувати як кризовий. Наслідки війни рф проти України завдають тривалої фізичної та психологічної шкоди населенню країни. Особливої актуальності нині набуває впровадження ефективних психологічних технік в роботу психологів з метою подолання негативних психосоціальних наслідків військової агресії. В Україні різке зростання кількості досліджень з проблематики успішного подолання негативних наслідків травматичного досвіду відзначається з 2017 р. Війна, соціально-політична нестабільність у суспільстві – це чинники, що призводять до травматизації (фізичної і психологічної) багатьох верств населення. Нині резилієнс як особливість психіки людини набуває значної ролі через необхідність опору стресам, пов’язаним із життям в умовах воєнного стану. Предметом дискусійних обговорень учених є вплив форм і методів психологічної допомоги на адаптованість та розвиток особистості в кризових умовах. Наукова новизна роботи: уточнено і проаналізовано психоемоційні стани жінок та їх взаємозв’язок із резилієнтністю в умовах воєнного стану; розроблено програму використання трансформаційно-психологічних ігор для жінок в умовах воєнного стану; дістали подальшого розвитку погляди на роботу психолога з жінками в умовах воєнного стану з урахуванням особливостей процесу резилієнтності.
EN : The work is presented on 101 pages, printed text, 7 tables, 9 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 72 sources. The object of the study: psychological resilience of women under martial law. In the world, an increase in interest in the problem of resilience occurred after the US military operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, the terrorist act of September 11, 2001 in New York. The consequences of war and terrorism cause long-term physical and psychological harm to all categories of the population of the countries. The current state of Ukrainian society can be described as a crisis. The consequences of the Russian Federation’s war against Ukraine cause long-term physical and psychological harm to the country’s population. The introduction of effective psychological techniques into the work of psychologists in order to overcome the negative psychosocial consequences of military aggression is currently gaining particular relevance. In Ukraine, a sharp increase in the number of studies on the issue of successfully overcoming the negative consequences of traumatic experience has been noted since 2017. War, socio-political instability in society are factors that lead to traumatization (physical and psychological) of many segments of the population. Currently, resilience as a feature of the human psyche is gaining a significant role due to the need to resist the stresses associated with life under martial law. The subject of discussion among scientists is the influence of forms and methods of psychological assistance on the adaptability and development of the individual in crisis conditions. Scientific novelty of the work: the psycho-emotional states of women and their relationship with resilience under martial law have been clarified and analyzed; a program for the use of transformational psychological games for women under martial law has been developed; views on the work of a psychologist with women under martial law have been further developed, taking into account the peculiarities of the resilience process.
