Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 94 pages of printed text, contains 2 tables, 6 figures, 5 appendices. The list of references includes 59 sources. The object of the study: cognitive development as a mental process. The preschool period is crucial for the formation of basic skills and cognitive abilities of the child. At this time, the first motivations for cognition are formed, the ability to set and achieve goals, plan actions, as well as control and evaluate their achievements. It is important that it is during this period that the child develops a willingness to cooperate with the teacher and peers, as well as lay the foundations of moral behavior. Modern preschool education should not only transfer knowledge about the world around it, but also form universal skills in children in the personal, communicative, cognitive and regulatory spheres, which will contribute to the organization of their activities and prepare them for further learning. Interactive methods will help to solve this issue. Interactive teaching methods used in working with children open up new opportunities for educators, in particular, in establishing effective interaction between children and adults through dialogue and joint activities. These methods contribute to the formation of positive relationships in the group, which significantly affects the development and success of children. Thanks to interactive technologies in preschool education, it is possible to achieve important educational results: stimulate interest and motivation for cognitive activity, increase the activity and independence of children, develop critical thinking, analytical skills, the ability to cooperate and communicate, form social values, such as mutual assistance and cooperation, promote personal development through active involvement in cognitive games and dialogical interaction with educators and other children. The scientific novelty of the study lies in comparing the results of cognitive development of children who are taught using interactive methods with the results of those who are taught using traditional methods, which allows us to draw conclusions about the effectiveness of new approaches.
