Abstract

That is why specialists in the field of psychological, medical and social sciences are faced with the need for a deep, purposeful study of the conditions for preserving psychological stability and resilience of a person. The resilience of a psychologist consists of personal characteristics, job satisfaction, motivation for work, working conditions and conditions in the social environment of a specialist. The main characteristics of a psychologist's work during wartime include: great tension, high responsibility, a wide range of duties and obligations, which can cause stress in psychological activity. The scientific novelty of the conducted research lies in the fact that the concept of "resilience" was investigated according to the specifics of the psychological activity of psychologists, and a psychological correction program was developed aimed at developing the resilience of psychologists in wartime conditions.
