Сімейні стосунки є однією з найважливіших сфер життєдіяльності людини, оскільки саме в межах подружньої взаємодії формуються базові умови для емоційної підтримки, стабільності та психологічного благополуччя. Проте сучасні соціальні, економічні й культурні зміни, а також підвищення рівня стресу зумовлюють зростання кількості конфліктів у сім’ях. Конфлікти є невід’ємною частиною подружнього життя, однак характер їхнього перебігу, інтенсивність та наслідки залежать не лише від об’єктивних причин, а й від індивідуально-психологічних особливостей партнерів. Одним із ключових чинників, що визначають стиль реагування в міжособистісних стосунках, виступає тип прив’язаності, сформований ще в дитинстві й актуалізований у дорослому житті у взаєминах зі значущими іншими. Вивчення впливу типу прив’язаності на перебіг конфліктів у сім’ях є надзвичайно актуальним у сучасних умовах, коли зростає кількість розлучень, знижується стійкість партнерських стосунків та підвищується емоційна напруга у подружніх парах. Family relationships are one of the most important areas of human life, since it is within the framework of marital interaction that the basic conditions for emotional support, stability and psychological well-being are formed. However, modern social, economic and cultural changes, as well as an increase in the level of stress, lead to an increase in the number of conflicts in families. Conflicts are an integral part of married life, but the nature of their course, intensity and consequences depend not only on objective reasons, but also on the individual psychological characteristics of the partners. One of the key factors determining the style of response in interpersonal relationships is the type of attachment, formed in childhood and actualized in adulthood in relationships with significant others. The study of the influence of attachment type on the course of conflicts in families is extremely relevant in modern conditions, when the number of divorces is increasing, the stability of partnerships is decreasing, and emotional tension in married couples is increasing. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the types of attachment in adults have been generalized; the idea of the role of attachment in the course of conflicts in the family has been expanded.
