Ефективність управління дебіторською і кредиторською заборгованостями ПАТ «Інтерпайп Нижньодніпровський трубопрокатний завод» та шляхи її підвищення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 139 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 32 таблиці, 25 рисунків, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю на підприємстві ПАТ «Інтерпайп Нижньодніпровський трубопрокатний завод». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу удосконалення управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та особливості формування дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості підприємства; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо організації процесу удосконалення управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства; 2) запропоновано організаційні засади збалансованого управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації механізму управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 139 pages of printed text, contains 32 tables, 25 figures, 9 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of study is processes of managing receivables and payables at the enterprise PJSC «Interpipe Nizhnyodniprovsky Pipe Rolling Plant». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical foundations and applied problems related to the organization of the process of improving the management of receivables and payables of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is the analysis of theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and the development of practical recommendations for increasing the efficiency of the management of receivables and payables of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) determine the essence and features of the formation of the company’s receivables and payables; 2) analyze the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to organize the process of improving the management of receivables and payables of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations have been developed to increase the efficiency of management of receivables and payables of the enterprise; 2) organizational principles of balanced management of receivables and payables of the enterprise are proposed. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals regarding the optimization of the mechanism of management of receivables and payables of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities. Тhe results of the study are aimed at assessing the receivables and payables of the enterprise and ensuring the improvement of the efficiency of their management in the activities of the industrial enterprise and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The results of the research can be used by the heads of the financial divisions of industrial enterprises to develop tactical and strategic solutions for improving the mechanism of managing receivables and payables, which will allow optimizing the company’s activities.
