Реконструкція доменної печі з впровадженням заходів щодо підвищення технологічних показників

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання зменшення питомої витрати коксу на тонну чавуну, підвищення продуктивності доменної печі та поліпшення умов праці, а саме - надано аналіз існуючої технології та устаткування доменного цеху, систематизована сировинна база, обґрунтовані техніко-економічні показники ДП №5, проаналізовані недоліки конструкції ДП №5 попередньої кампанії і запропоновані зміни, оцінений об'єм реконструкції та проведений розрахунок доменної шихти; наведений вибір конструкції основних виробничих агрегатів, описані основні елементи конструкції доменної печі та представлений режим роботи; проведено обґрунтування реконструкції доменного цеху; надано опис технології доменної плавки з впровадженням пиловугільного палива та розроблені рекомендації по впровадженню ПВП.EN : The work sets the task of reducing the specific coke consumption per ton of pig iron, increasing the productivity of the blast furnace and improving working conditions, namely - an analysis of the existing technology and equipment of the blast furnace shop is provided, the raw material base is systematized, the technical and economic indicators of blast furnace № 5 are substantiated, the design shortcomings of blast furnace № 5 of the previous campaign are analyzed and changes are proposed, the volume of reconstruction is estimated and the calculation of the blast furnace charge is carried out; the choice of the design of the main production units is given, the main elements of the blast furnace design are described and the operating mode is presented; a justification for the reconstruction of the blast furnace shop is carried out; a description of the blast furnace smelting technology with the introduction of pulverized coal fuel is provided and recommendations for the introduction of pulverized coal fuel are developed.
