Abstract

UA : Робота виконана на актуальну тему, описує основні проблеми менеджменту сучасного підприємства у відповідній галузі національного господарства, яка має велике значення для відновлення та розвитку сучасної економіки, особливо – у воєнний та, можливо у поствоєнний період часу. Метою роботи є опис сфери діяльності підприємства, знаходження проблем та способи їх вирішення методами сучасного менеджменту. Для досягнення мети необхідно вирішити низку завдань: - узагальнити понятійний апарат, сформувати правильну методику рішення; - проаналізувати підприємство та сформулювати його проблеми; - знайти правильне рішення проблемної ситуації. У першому розділі описуються понятійно-категоріальний апарат, що використовується в описі проблематики дипломної роботи, методи та прийоми менеджменту, які передбачають вирішення проблеми ефективним способом. У другому розділі описується обʼєкт дослідження – відповідне підприємство та галузь, ринок, що є середовищем для функціонування даного агробізнесу, сферу діяльності, яка представляє інтерес дослідника, виявляється проблема та спосіб її вирішення методами менеджменту. В роботі використовуються загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження, тема розкривається послідовно та логічно, за планом.EN : The work is performed on a topical topic, describes the main problems of the management of a modern enterprise in the relevant branch of the national economy, which is of great importance for the recovery and development of the modern economy, especially during the war and, possibly, in the post-war period. The purpose of the work is to describe the field of activity of the enterprise, to find problems and ways to solve them using modern management methods. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: - generalize the conceptual apparatus, form the correct method of decision; - analyze the enterprise and formulate its problems; - to find a decision. The first chapter describes the conceptual and categorical apparatus used in the description of the issues of the thesis, management methods and techniques, which provide for solving the problem in an effective way. The second chapter describes the object of research - the relevant enterprise and industry, the market, which is the environment for the functioning of this business, the field of activity that represents the researcher's interest, the identified problem and the way to solve it by management methods. The work uses general scientific and special research methods, the topic is revealed consistently and logically, according to the plan.
