Аналіз ефективності нормування та використання оборотних коштів ТОВ «Альбакор»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 103 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 20 таблиць, 8 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела. Об’єктом дослідження є аналіз ефективності нормування та використання оборотних коштів підприємства ТОВ «Альбакор». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних з управлінням оборотними коштами. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності оборотними коштами підприємством. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність оборотних коштів підприємства; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності підприємства ТОВ «Альбакор»; 3) розробити заходи щодо управління оборотними коштами підприємства. Методи досліджень: метод ковзного середнього для аналізу попиту і планування закупівель, детальний аналіз поточних потреб у запасах, контрольні точки у виробництві для скорочення простоїв та втрат. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) оцінка очікуваного економічного ефекту підприємства ТОВ «Альбакор»; 2) удосконалення управління дебіторською заборгованістю підприємства; 3) запропоновано варіанти удосконалення в управлінні підприємством. Пропозиції щодо удосконалення нормування оборотних коштів створюють для керівництва підприємства можливість глибше проаналізувати наявні підходи до формування та використання оборотного капіталу, визначити слабкі місця в системі його забезпечення та обігу, а також розробити комплекс ефективних управлінських заходів.EN : The work is presented on 103 pages of printed text, contains 20 tables, 8 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources. The object of the study is an analysis of the efficiency of rationing and use of working capital of the Albacor LLC enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the management of working capital. The purpose of the work is to analyze theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of working capital by the enterprise. Tasks: 1) to determine the essence of the enterprise's working capital; 2) to analyze the economic indicators of the enterprise's activities, LLC «Albakor»; 3) to develop measures for managing the enterprise's working capital. Methods of research the moving average method for analyzing demand and planning purchases, a detailed analysis of current inventory needs, control points in production to reduce downtime and losses. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) assessment of the expected economic effect of the enterprise, LLC «Albakor»; 2) improvement of the enterprise's receivables management; 3) options for improving the enterprise's management are proposed. Practical significance of the results obtained. Proposals aimed at improving the regulation of working capital provide the company’s management with an opportunity to conduct a deeper analysis of the existing approaches to the formation and use of working capital, identify weaknesses in its provisioning and circulation system, and develop a set of effective managerial measures. The implementation of these measures will contribute to rationalizing the processes of planning, allocation, and control of current assets, reducing their surplus or deficit, as well as increasing their turnover rate and efficiency of use. As a result of introducing improved regulation methods, the enterprise will be able to strengthen its liquidity, ensure the stability of financial flows, and overall improve its financial condition and competitive position in the market.
