Abstract

UA : Архітектурний розділ - представлено обґрунтування об’ємно-планувальної структури об’єкта. Виконано теплотехнічну перевірку зовнішніх огороджувальних конструкцій (стін та покрівлі), що підтверджує відповідність будівлі сучасним критеріям енергоефективності та енергозбереження. Розділ Фундаменти - визначено параметри основ. Обґрунтовано глибину закладання фундаментів та розроблено схему їхнього оптимального розміщення для забезпечення надійності споруди. Технологія виробництва - розроблено технологічний регламент на виконання ключових будівельних процесів, оформлений у вигляді технологічної карти. Розраховано обсяги трудових витрат, визначено чітку послідовність операцій та побудовано сітьовий графік, спрямований на оптимізацію термінів зведення. Розділ організація - запроєктовано будівельний генеральний план із раціональним зонуванням території. Передбачено ефективне розміщення об’єктів приоб’єктного господарства, складів і тимчасових споруд, а також оптимізовано транспортні маршрути для безперебійної логістики. У розділі економіка виконано об’єктний кошторис та підсумковий зведений кошторисний розрахунок будівництва.EN : The thesis includes architectural design, geotechnical justification of foundations, technological planning, and economic assessment. Architectural Section: provides the justification for the building's volume-planning structure. A thermal performance analysis of the external building envelopes (walls and roof) was conducted, confirming the building's compliance with modern energy efficiency and energy saving criteria. Foundations Section: defines the soil base parameters. The foundation depth is justified, and an optimal layout scheme is developed to ensure the structural reliability of the facility. Production Technology: includes the development of technological regulations for key construction processes, presented in the form of a technological map. Labor costs were calculated, a clear sequence of operations was determined, and a network schedule was constructed to optimize the construction timeframe. Organization Section: involves the design of a construction site plan (general plan) with rational territory zoning. It provides for the efficient placement of on-site facilities, warehouses, and temporary structures, as well as optimized transport routes for seamless logistics. Economics Section: includes the preparation of the object estimate and the summary cost estimate for the construction project.
