Забезпечення життєздатності АТ «Мотор Січ» на засадах антикризового управління в умовах російсько-української війни

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 125 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 19 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси забезпечення життєздатності підприємства на засадах антикризового управління. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із удосконаленням механізму антикризового управління підприємством з метою забезпечення його життєздатності в умовах російсько-української війни. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо забезпечення життєздатності підприємства шляхом підвищення ефективності антикризового управління. Завдання: визначити сутність антикризового управління підприємством; провести аналіз фінансово-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення механізму антикризового управління підприємством. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, факторний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) рекомендовано впровадження концепції антикризового управління підприємством в умовах воєнного часу; 2) удосконалено організаційний механізм антикризового управління підприємством із використанням інформаційних технологій; 3) запропоновано систему маркетингового супроводу антикризового управління підприємством. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо оптимізації антикризового управління підприємством можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 125 pages of printed text, contains 26 tables, 19 figures, 8 annex. The object of the research is the processes of ensuring the viability of an enterprise on the basis of anti-crisis management. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to improving the mechanism of anti-crisis management of an enterprise in order to ensure its viability in the conditions of the russian-ukrainian war. The purpose of the work is to analyze theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for ensuring the viability of the enterprise by increasing the effectiveness of anti-crisis management. Tasks: 1) determine the essence of anti-crisis management of the enterprise; 2) conduct an analysis of the financial and economic indicators of the enterprise’s activities; 3) develop measures to improve the mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, factor analysis, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) іt is recommended to implement the concept of anti-crisis management of the enterprise under wartime conditions; 2) тhe organizational mechanism of anti-crisis management of the enterprise has been improved through the use of information technologies; 3) а system of marketing support for the enterprise’s anti-crisis management has been proposed. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating and improving the mechanism of anti-crisis management at the JSC «Motor Sich» and can be implemented in the practice of other industrial enterprises. The results of the research can be used by managers of financial divisions of industrial enterprises to develop tactical and strategic solutions, which will allow optimizing investment activities. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals regarding anti-crisis management of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities.
