Формування фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк» в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 115 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 22 таблиці, 12 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 71 джерело, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси формування фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк» в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із формуванням фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк» в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо формування фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк» в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність фінансової стратегії комерційного банку; 2) провести аналіз економічних показників діяльності АТ КБ «Приват банк»; 3) розробити заходи щодо вдосконалення фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк». Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) розроблено та обгрунтовано напрямки фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк»; 2) розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності фінансової стратегії АТ КБ «Приват банк» в умовах війни та повоєнного відновлення. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо формування фінансової стратегії банку можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 115 pages of printed text, contains 22 tables, 12 figures, 3 annex. The unpredictability of military operations can lead to sudden changes in market conditions, exchange rates, and the financial stability of individual regions and Ukraine as a whole. Banks must be able to respond quickly and effectively to relevant challenges to ensure that their market position is preserved. This requires a strategic approach to crisis management, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery. Strategic management allows banks to anticipate potential challenges and develop contingency plans to support operations during such disruptions. The object of the study is the processes of forming the financial strategy of JSC CB «Privat bank» in the conditions of war and post-war recovery. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical principles and applied problems related to the formation of the financial strategy of JSC CB «Privat bank» in the conditions of war and post-war recovery. The purpose of the work is to analyze the theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for the formation of the financial strategy of JSC CB «Privat bank» in the conditions of war and post-war recovery. Tasks: to determine the essence of strategic management; to outline the features of ensuring the effectiveness of strategic management in a banking institution; to consider methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of strategic management in the banking sector; to give a general characteristic of the activities of JSC CB «Privat bank»; to analyze the main indicators of the financial and economic activities of JSC CB «Privat bank»; to assess the strategic guidelines for the development of JSC CB «Privat bank» in the context of an unstable financial environment; to identify areas for increasing the efficiency of resource potential management in JSC CB «Privat bank»; to formulate ways to improve strategic management processes in JSC CB «Privat bank». The information base of the study includes data from the NBU, as well as various financial statements of JSC CB «Privat bank». Research methods: dialectical method of cognition, systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) recommendations have been developed to increase the effectiveness of the financial strategy of JSC CB «Privat bank» in the conditions of war and post-war recovery; 2) directions of the financial strategy of JSC CB «Privat bank» have been developed and substantiated. Practical significance of the results obtained. Proposals for the formation of the bank’s financial strategy can be used in its practical activities.
