UA : В кваліфікаційній роботі магістра розглянуто особливості удосконалення управління людськими ресурсами на підприємстві в умовах нестабільності. Досліджено теоретико-методологічні засади аналізу управління людськими ресурсами на підприємстві. Проведено аналітикодослідницький аналіз управління людськими ресурсами в умовах нестабільності на прикладі комунального підприємства «Міськзеленбуд» Енергодарської міської ради. Запропоновано шляхи і напрямки удосконалення управління людськими ресурсами на підприємстві в умовах нестабільності.EN : In the qualification work of the master features of improvement of management of human resources at the enterprise in the conditions of instability are considered. Theoretical and methodological bases of the analysis of human resources management at the enterprise are investigated. An analytical and research analysis of human resources management in conditions of instability was conducted on the example of the municipal enterprise «Miskzelenbud» of Energodar City Council. The ways and directions of formation of mechanisms of management of human resources at the enterprise in the conditions of instability are offered.
