Чинники успішності здобувачів освіти в умовах дистанційного навчання

У сучасному світі дистанційне навчання стає все більш популярною та необхідною формою освітнього процесу. Актуальність теми обумовлена багатьма чинниками, що впливають на освітній процес у глобальному масштабі. Пандемія COVID-19 та російсько-українська війна кардинально змінила підходи до організації освітнього процесу в Україні, у ході якого виявились як переваги так і недоліки дистанційного формату. Ці зміни викликали потребу в глибокому аналізі та оцінці ефективності дистанційного навчання та впливу різних чинників на успішність здобувачів освіти. Здобуття освіти у дистанційному форматі вимагає від студентів розвитку нових навичок, таких як самодисципліна, здатність до самоорганізації, самоефективності та самомотивації. Важливість дослідження чинників, які впливають на успішність в цих умовах, є критичною для розробки ефективних педагогічних стратегій та методів навчання, що відповідають вимогам ЗВО та освітнім потребам студентів. Розуміння цих чинників сприятиме вдосконаленню освітньо-професійних програм підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти. Практичне значення полягає у розробці опитувальника для дослідження навичок самоорганізації у здобувачів освіти та наданні рекомендацій щодо формування навичок самоорганізації та саморегуляції.EN : The work is presented on 46 pages of printed text, 1 table, 3 figures, 6 appendices. In today's world, distance learning is becoming an increasingly popular and necessary form of the educational process. The topicality of the topic is due to many factors affecting the educational process on a global scale. The COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian war radically changed approaches to the organization of the educational process in Ukraine, during which both the advantages and disadvantages of the distance format were revealed. These changes caused the need for in-depth analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of distance learning and the influence of various factors on the success of students. Distance education requires students to develop new skills such as self-discipline, self-organization, self-efficacy, and self-motivation. The importance of studying the factors that influence success in these conditions is critical for the development of effective pedagogical strategies and teaching methods that meet the requirements of higher education institutions and the educational needs of students. Understanding these factors will contribute to the improvement of educational and professional training programs for students of higher education. The practical significance lies in the development of a questionnaire for researching the self-organization skills of students and providing recommendations on the formation of self-organization and self-regulation skills.
