Соціальна підтримка внутрішньо переміщених осіб на базі інформаційно-ресурсних центрів

Abstract

UA : Мета дослідження: дослідити особливості соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб на базі інформаційно-ресурсних центрів та розробити рекомендації щодо підвищення її ефективності. Об’єкт дослідження: соціальна підтримка внутрішньо переміщених осіб. Предмет дослідження: зміст, форми та методи соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб в діяльності інформаційно-ресурсних центрів. Методи дослідження: аналіз та узагальнення наукової літератури із проблеми дослідження; бесіда, анкетування, опитування. Теоретичне значення дослідження: обґрунтовано комплексний підхід до організації соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб через діяльність інформаційно-ресурсних центрів з урахуванням їхніх специфічних потреб в умовах війни в Україні; виявлено та систематизовано основні проблеми та перешкоди, з якими стикаються працівники інформаційно-ресурсних центрів та внутрішньо переміщені особи в процесі організації та отримання соціальної підтримки; розроблено рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності соціальної підтримки внутрішньо переміщених осіб на базі інформаційно-ресурсних центрів, зокрема шляхом впровадження цифрових технологій, розвитку партнерств та організації спеціалізованих програм підтримки. Практичне значення роботи полягає у тому, що результати дослідження можуть бути використані для вдосконалення роботи інформаційно-ресурсних центрів, що працюють з внутрішньо переміщеними особами, шляхом адаптації їхніх послуг до актуальних потреб клієнтів.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 sections, findings, a list of references (59 items, 3 of them in a foreign language), 2 appendixes on 6 pages. The qualification work volume is 102 pages, 82 of them – main text. The aim of the study: to determine the features of social support for internally displaced persons based on information and resource centers and to develop recommendations for improving its effectiveness. Object of the study: social support for internally displaced persons. Subject of the study: the content, forms and methods of social support of internally displaced persons in the activities of information and resource centers. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) analyse the scientific literature on defining the essence of the concept of “social support”; 2) identify the specifics of the situation of internally displaced persons in the context of the war in Ukraine; 3) investigate the specifics of the organization of social support for internally displaced persons in the activities of information and resource centers; identify the main problems and obstacles that center employees and internally displaced persons encounter when providing and receiving social support; 4) develop recommendations for improving the effectiveness of information and resource centers in the context of social support for internally displaced persons. Research methods: analysis and generalization of scientific literature on the research problem; conversation, questionnaire, survey. The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of social support for internally displaced persons” the concept and types of social support are considered, the peculiarities of the situation of internally displaced persons in the conditions of war in Ukraine are revealed, the role of information and resource centers in providing social support to internally displaced persons is determined. The section 2 “Experimental study of the features of social support for internally displaced persons through information and resource centers” the organization of social support for internally displaced persons in the activities of information and resource centers was considered, problems and difficulties in organizing social support for internally displaced persons based on information and resource centers were identified, and recommendations were provided to improve the effectiveness of social support for internally displaced persons based on information and resource centers. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the results of the study can be used to improve the work of information and resource centers working with internally displaced persons by adapting their services to the real needs of clients.
