Управління використанням кредитних коштів на ПрАТ «Запорізький абразивний комбінат» в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 124 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 29 таблиць, 17 рисунків, 8 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси управління використанням кредитних коштів підприємства в умовах війни. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та практичних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу управління використанням кредитних коштів підприємства в умовах війни та розробкою механізмів його покращення. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо впровадження механізмів удосконалення управління використанням кредитних коштів підприємства в умовах нестабільності. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та особливості залучення кредитних коштів підприємства; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо удосконалення управління використанням кредитних коштів підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, факторний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано заходи щодо оптимізації кредитної політики підприємства; 2) запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення управління кредитними коштами підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо удосконалення управління використанням кредитних коштів підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 124 pages of printed text, contains 29 tables, 17 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the processes of managing the use of a company’s credit funds under wartime conditions. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical foundations and practical problems related to the organization of the process of managing the use of a company’s credit funds under wartime conditions, as well as the development of mechanisms for its improvement. The purpose of the study is to analyze theoretical and organizational provisions and to develop practical recommendations for the implementation of mechanisms aimed at improving the management of the use of a company’s credit funds in conditions of instability. Tasks: 1) to determine the essence and specific features of attracting a company’s credit funds; 2) to analyze the organizational and economic indicators of the company’s performance; 3) to develop measures to improve the management of the use of a company’s credit funds. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, factor analysis, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) measures for optimizing the company’s credit policy are proposed; 2) measures for improving the management of the company’s credit funds are proposed. Practical significance of the results obtained. The proposals for improving the management of the use of a company’s credit funds can be directly applied in its practical activities in order to enhance the efficiency of attracting and allocating borrowed resources. Their implementation will contribute to the rationalization of the credit portfolio structure, a reduction in the cost of credit servicing, the minimization of financial risks, and the software of stable cash flows of the company. The application of the proposed measures will make it possible to improve the processes of planning, control, and monitoring of the use of credit funds, increase the transparency of managerial decision-making, and strengthen the company’s financial stability and creditworthiness in an unstable external environment.
