Abstract

Мета дослідження: визначити та теоретично обґрунтувати комплекс педагогічних умов розвитку творчих здібностей студентів у процесі фахової підготовки. Об’єкт дослідження: розвиток творчих здібностей студентів. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови розвитку творчих здібностей студентів у процесі фахової підготовки. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз, синтез, узагальнення і систематизація філософських психолого-педагогічних і методичних досліджень із метою з’ясування стану та перспектив проблеми дослідження; емпіричні: вербальний тест «Незвичайне використання» (за Дж. Гілфордом), методика «Виявлення соціальної креативності особистості» (В. Дружинін), опитувальник «Визначення типів мислення і рівня креативності» за методом Дж. Брунера, методика «Самооцінка творчих здібностей» (Е. Тунік), методика «Оцінка рівня творчого потенціалу особистості» розроблена Н. Фетіскіним та В. Козловим. Теоретичне значення дослідження: уточнено сутність поняття «творчі здібності студента»; обґрунтовані педагогічні умови розвитку творчих здібностей студентів; визначено компоненти, критерії та показники розвитку творчих здібностей студентів. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в тому, що складено методичні рекомендації викладачам закладів вищої освіти з розвитку творчих здібностей студентів у процесі фахової підготовки. The purpose of the research: to determine and theoretically substantiate the set of pedagogical conditions for the development of creative abilities of students in the process of professional training. Object of research: development of creative abilities of students. The subject of the study: pedagogical conditions for the development of creative abilities of students in the process of professional training. The research tasks: 1) identify and systematize theoretical approaches to the development of creative abilities of an individual; 2) to analyze the development of creative abilities of students as a pedagogical problem; 3) consider the means and methods of developing students' creative abilities; 4) to define and substantiate the set of pedagogical conditions for the development of students' creative abilities in the process of professional training; 5) to experimentally investigate the state of development of students' creative abilities; 6) to draw up methodological recommendations for teachers of higher education institutions on the development of students' creative abilities. Research methods: theoretical: analysis, synthesis, generalization and systematization of philosophical psychological-pedagogical and methodological studies with the aim of clarifying the state and prospects of the research problem; empirical: the verbal test “Unusual use” (according to J. Gilford), the method “Identifying the social creativity of an individual” (V. Druzhinin), the questionnaire “Determining types of thinking and the level of creativity” according to the method of J. Bruner, the method “Self-assessment of creative abilities” (E. Tunik), the method “Assessment of the level of creative potential of an individual” was developed by N. Fetiskin and V. Kozlov. Part 1 “Theoretical foundations of the development of creative abilities of students in the process of professional training” theoretical approaches to the problem of the development of creative abilities of the individual in psychological and pedagogical science are considered, the development of creative abilities of students as a pedagogical problem is analyzed, the means and methods of developing creative abilities of students are determined. Part 2 “Experimental work on the development of creative abilities of students in the process of professional training” the pedagogical conditions for the development of students' creative abilities in the process of professional training were determined and substantiated, the state of development of students' creative abilities was determined, recommendations were made to teachers of higher education institutions regarding the development of students' creative abilities. The obtained research results can be useful for the further development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of students' creative abilities, improvement of the educational process in higher education institutions.
