Стратегічне управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 108 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 27 таблиць, 12 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 73 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємством ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та практичних аспектів, пов’язаних із аналізом та зміцненням фінансової стійкості підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз фінансової стійкості підприємства ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго» та розробка рекомендацій щодо її покращення у довгостроковій перспективі. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємством та методи оцінки фінансового стану; 2) провести аналіз показників фінансової стійкості ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго»; 3) розробити стратегію управління фінансовою стійкістю ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго». Методи досліджень: системний, комплексний, логічний та структурно- функціональний підхід, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, порівняння, групування, графічного зображення, моделювання, оптимізації. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано визначення понять «фінансова стійкість» та «стратегічне управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства»; 2) запропоновано шляхи підвищення фінансової стійкості підприємства; 3) розроблено стратегію управління фінансовою стійкістю ПАТ «Запоріжжяобленерго». Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Отримані результати аналізу фінансової стійкості підприємства та рекомендації щодо її покращення можуть бути використані підприємством у його практичній діяльності.EN : The work is presented on 108 pages of printed text, contains 27 tables, 12 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the process of financial stability management of PJSC «Zaporizhzhyaoblenergo». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and practical aspects related to the analysis and strengthening of the financial stability of the enterprise. The purpose of the work is to analyze the main performance indicators of PJSC «Zaporizhzhyaoblenergo», namely: indicators of financial stability, liquidity, profitability, business activity, probability of bankruptcy, as well as the development of recommendations for improving the financial stability of the company in the long term. Tasks: 1) determine the essence of managing the financial stability of the enterprise and methods of assessing financial stability; 2) conduct an analysis of indicators of financial stability of PJSC «Zaporizhzhyaoblenergo»; 3) develop stratagy to improve the financial stability management mechanism of PJSC «Zaporizhzhyaoblenergo». Methods of research: systemic, complex and structural-functional approach, methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, classification, comparison, grouping, graphic representation, modeling, optimization. The following financial analysis methods were used: horizontal analysis, vertical analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis and cost-volume profit analysis. The obtained results and their novelty: 1) a definition of the concepts of «financial stability» and «strategic management of the financial stability of the enterprise» is proposed; 2) ways of increasing the financial stability of the enterprise are proposed; 3) a strategy for managing the financial stability of the enterprise was developed. Practical significance of the obtained results. The obtained research results can be used by the enterprise in practical activities. The conducted analysis can be used to assess the current financial situation and forecast performance indicators in the future, develop strategic and tactical solutions aimed at optimizing financial and economic processes. The provided proposals will help to increase financial stability and show ways of development of the enterprise as a whole.
