Забезпечення альтернативних джерел поставки продукції в роздрібній торгівлі

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми полягає в тому, що сучасні тенденції забезпечення товаром визначають рівень спроможності організації та розвитку торговельного підприємства, від якого залежить якість рітейлу та торговельного обслуговування населення, темпи зростання виробничих ресурсів та прискорення товарообігу, прибутковість торговельних підприємств в цілому. Метою дослідження є формування стратегії ресурсного забезпечення торговельного підприємства – з мережею магазинів. Для досягнення мети необхідно виконати наступні завдання: - систематизувати теорію та поняття питання закупівель та забезпечення торговельного підприємства; - охарактеризувати сучасний стан роздрібної торговельної діяльності в Україні; - розробити схему оптимізації забезпечення підприємства товаром. Обʼєктом дослідження є мережа роздрібної, що торгує продукцією вітчизняного та імпортного асортименту. Предметом дослідження є розробка стратегія забезпечення товаром торговельної діяльності підприємства роздрібної торгівлі в умовах війни. В роботі використовувались загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи дослідження.EN : The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that modern trends in resource support determine the level of capacity of the organization and development of a trade enterprise, on which the quality of retail and trade services to the population, the growth rate of production resources and acceleration of commodity turnover, and the profitability of trade enterprises in general depend. The purpose of the study is to form a strategy for resource support of a trade enterprise - with a chain of stores. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to perform the following tasks: - systematize the theory and concept of the issue of resource support of a trade enterprise; - characterize the current state of trade activities in Ukraine; - develop a scheme for optimizing the enterprise's resource support. The object of the study is a chain of stores that sells domestic and imported products. The subject of the study is the development of a strategy for resource provision of trade activities in wartime and the post-war period. The work used general scientific and special research methods.
