Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 67 pages of printed text, contains 2 figures, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 45 sources. The object of the study is trust as a psychological phenomenon of the individual. The effectiveness of bodily practices in restoring mental and physical health has been proven by many scientists, but in everyday life their use causes distrust in most clients. Modern social processes in Ukraine affect changes in thinking stereotypes: increasing uncertainty, confusion, loss of value and personal guidelines and, as a result, a person loses trust in the world, and at the same time, loses trust in himself and other people. Modern Ukrainian scientists, identifying various aspects of the study of trust and analyzing its phenomenology in various types of relationships - with oneself, with others, with the world, note that they are all in a certain way correlated, and therefore represent a single psychological phenomenon that has similar conditions for its emergence, namely: a sense of security, respect and recognition. Trust is the main condition for human interaction with the world; a person is simultaneously turned to the surrounding world and to his inner world, thus trust in the world is connected with trust in himself. The very essence of trust has a deeply psychological nature and underlies not only relationships between people, but also reflects a person's attitude to that part of the world with which he interacts at a certain moment in time. Trust is a necessary condition for normal social communication, ensuring consent, dialogue, understanding and cooperation. The scientific novelty lies in the development and implementation of a psychological program for the development of trust in the body as a resource of self-support.
