Розробка інформаційної системи аналізу часових рядів

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 42 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 30 рисунків, 1 таблицю, 24 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження: інформаційна система для аналізу і прогнозування часових рядів. Мета роботи: розробка інформаційної системи для обробки та аналізу часових рядів з використанням статистичних і машинних методів для прогнозування на основі вхідних даних. Метод дослідження: аналіз теоретичних джерел, методи статистичного прогнозування, математичні моделі для обробки часових рядів, розробка програмних засобів для реалізації системи. У ході роботи було проведено аналіз предметної області, досліджено особливості часових рядів та підходи до їх обробки. Розглянуто сучасні статистичні та математичні методи прогнозування, зокрема регресійний аналіз, ковзне середнє, метод екстраполяції. На основі отриманих знань розроблено інформаційну систему, що дозволяє завантажувати вхідні дані, обробляти їх, будувати графіки, здійснювати аналіз і формувати прогнози.EN : The work is presented on 42 pages of printed text, 30 figures, 1 table, 24 references. The object of the study is the information system for time series analysis and forecasting. The aim of the study is to develop an information system for processing and analyzing time series using statistical and machine learning methods for forecasting based on input data. The method of research is the analysis of theoretical sources, statistical forecasting methods, mathematical models for processing time series, and the development of software tools for implementing the system. In the course of the work, an analysis of the subject area was carried out, the characteristics of time series and approaches to their processing were studied. Modern statistical and mathematical forecasting methods were considered, including regression analysis, moving averages, and extrapolation methods. Based on the acquired knowledge, an information system was developed that allows users to upload input data, process it, generate graphs, perform analysis, and create forecasts.
