Abstract
EN : The work is presented on 68 pages, printed text, 4 tables, 3 figures, 2 appendices. The list of references includes 40 sources. The object of the study is the motivation of learning in adults. The study of psychological factors of motivation for learning in adults is extremely relevant in modern conditions, when continuous education becomes not only a requirement of the labor market, but also an important component of personal development and social integration. Dynamic changes in the professional sphere, the introduction of new technologies, globalization processes and socio-economic challenges put forward the need for an adult to constantly update knowledge, skills and competencies. At the same time, the motivation of adults is significantly different from the motivation of children or youth, as it is determined by the specific psychological characteristics of the adult personality, their life experience, values, social roles and the context of life situations. The study of psychological factors of motivation allows us to understand more deeply what internal and external stimuli encourage an adult to study, how his educational goals are formed and how barriers to education are overcome. This knowledge is important for the development of effective andragogic strategies that can not only involve adults in learning, but also maintain their sustainable motivation. The relevance of the topic is also due to the need to create conditions for the development of human potential, increase the competitiveness of employees and ensure their psychological readiness for professional and social changes. Thus, the study of psychological factors of motivation for learning in adults has not only theoretical, but also great practical significance for modern education and society in general. The scientific novelty lies in the clarification and systematization of the psychological features of adult motivation for learning in the age range of 36-59 years, which made it possible to distinguish a multi-level structure of motives: orientation towards success, situational motivation and avoidance of failures.
