Емпатія як чинник задоволеності шлюбом

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: процес подружньої взаємодії та психологічного функціонування молодих сімей на сучасному етапі. Сучасний інститут сім’ї в Україні перебуває у стані глибокої трансформації, де зовнішні чинники стабільності (економічна залежність, соціальний тиск) поступаються місцем внутрішнім, психологічним критеріям. У ситуації перманентного стресу, зумовленого соціокультурною та безпековою кризою, емоційне благополуччя пари стає не просто бажаною характеристикою, а критичним ресурсом виживання сім’ї як системи. Задоволеність шлюбом сьогодні визначається не стільки рольовою відповідністю, скільки якістю емоційного резонансу та здатністю партнерів витримувати психологічне навантаження разом. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена наявним протиріччям: попри високий запит на психологічну підтримку сімей, емоційно-перцептивні чинники шлюбної задоволеності часто розглядаються відірвано від вольових та відповідальних характеристик особистості (суб’єктивного контролю). Як зазначають М. Мушкевич та Р. Федоренко, вивчення саме таких комплексних зв’язків є ключем до розробки ефективних стратегій сімейного консультування та профілактики розлучень. Наукова новизна: Уточнено зміст поняття емпатійного розуміння як детермінанти стабільності молодих сімей у кризові періоди адаптації. Вперше встановлено специфічні кореляційні зв’язки між показниками емоційного комфорту та відповідальністю подружжя за якість стосунків. Розширено наукові уявлення про роль когнітивного та емоційного компонентів емпатії у формуванні задоволеності шлюбом.EN : The work is presented on 59 pages of printed text, contains 6 tables, 7 appendices. The list of references includes 51 sources. The object of research: the process of marital interaction and psychological functioning of young families at the present stage. The modern institution of the family in Ukraine is in a state of deep transformation, where external factors of stability (economic dependence, social pressure) give way to internal, psychological criteria. In a situation of permanent stress caused by a socio-cultural and security crisis, the emotional well-being of a couple becomes not just a desirable characteristic, but a critical resource for the survival of the family as a system. Satisfaction with marriage today is determined not so much by role correspondence as by the quality of emotional resonance and the ability of partners to withstand psychological stress together. The relevance of the study is due to the existing contradiction: despite the high demand for psychological support of families, emotional and perceptual factors of marital satisfaction are often considered separately from the strong-willed and responsible characteristics of the personality (subjective control). As M. Mushkevych and R. Fedorenko note, the study of such complex relationships is the key to developing effective strategies for family counseling and divorce prevention. Scientific novelty: The content of the concept of empathic understanding as a determinant of the stability of young families in crisis periods of adaptation has been clarified. Specific correlations between indicators of emotional comfort and the responsibility of spouses for the quality of relationships have been established for the first time. Scientific ideas about the role of the cognitive and emotional components of empathy in the formation of marital satisfaction have been expanded.
