Об'єкт дослідження: процес професійного становлення майбутніх психологів у системі фахової підготовки. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що сучасна система підготовки майбутніх психологів орієнтована не лише на передачу знань, а й на формування цілісної професійної особистості, здатної до саморозвитку, рефлексії та ефективної взаємодії з іншими людьми. Разом із тим процес становлення професійної ідентичності студентів часто супроводжується труднощами вибору, невпевненістю у власних можливостях, недостатнім усвідомленням професійної ролі та особливостей майбутньої діяльності. У зв’язку з цим особливої значущості набуває психологічна підтримка студентів у процесі їхнього фахового становлення. Наукова новизна: у роботі узагальнено підходи до визначення «професійної ідентичності»; виявлено динаміку та рівні її сформованості у студентів різних курсів; визначено ключові чинники розвитку; розроблено авторську програму підтримки та корекції професійної «Я-концепції».EN : The work is presented on 42 pages of printed text, contains 4 figures, 10 tables, 4 appendices. The relevance of the research is due to the fact that the modern system of training future psychologists is focused not only on the transfer of knowledge, but also on the formation of a holistic professional personality, capable of self-development, reflection and effective interaction with other people. At the same time, the process of forming students' professional identity is often accompanied by difficulties in choosing, uncertainty in their own capabilities, insufficient awareness of the professional role and features of future activities. In this regard, psychological support for students in the process of their professional development is of particular importance. Scientific novelty: the work summarizes approaches to defining "professional identity"; reveals the dynamics and levels of its formation in students of different courses; identifies key development factors; an author's program for supporting and correcting professional "self-concept" has been developed.
