Нове будівництво адміністративної будівлі в м. Левада Харківської області

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному проєктуванню та техніко-економічному обґрунтуванню зведення сучасної двоповерхової адміністративно-офісної будівлі в умовах кліматичної зони Харківської області. У межах архітектурно-будівельного розділу детально опрацьовано об’ємно-планувальні та конструктивні рішення споруди каркасного типу з монолітного залізобетону. Виконано теплотехнічний аналіз і розрахунок зовнішніх огороджувальних конструкцій. У розрахунково-конструктивній частині проведено обґрунтування несучої здатності залізобетонних елементів каркаса, враховуючи просторову жорсткість споруди, що забезпечується монолітними ядрами сходових кліток та торцевих стін. Технологічний та організаційний блоки роботи містять розроблення сітьового графіка виконання робіт, проєктування будівельного генерального плану із раціональним розташуванням тимчасових споруд, складських зон та підбором монтажного крана. Також розроблено технологічну карту. Економічна частина роботи відображає розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва.EN : The qualification final work is devoted to the comprehensive design and technical-economic substantiation of the construction of a modern two-story administrative and office building under the climatic conditions of the Kharkiv region. Within the architectural and construction section, the space-planning and structural solutions of the framework type building made of monolithic reinforced concrete are developed in detail. A thermotechnical analysis and calculation of the external building envelopes were performed. In the structural design section, the load-bearing capacity of the reinforced concrete elements of the frame is validated, taking into account the spatial rigidity of the building provided by the monolithic cores of the staircases and end walls. The technological and organizational sections of the work include the development of a network schedule, the design of a construction site layout plan with the rational placement of temporary structures, storage areas, and the selection of a mounting crane. A process chart has also been developed. The economic part of the work reflects the calculation of the estimated construction cost.
