Abstract

UA : Об'єкт дослідження: система оперативного керування та планування на підприємстві. Предмет дослідження: організація системи оперативного керування в AT «Фармак». Суб'єкт дослідження: фармакологічне підприємство AT «Фармак», яке слугує базою для дослідження у роботі. Методи дослідження: описові, діалектичні, порівняльні, узагальнюючі, аналітичні, синтетичні, графічні, фінансово-економічні, розрахункові-конструктивні, традиційної логіки (методи схожостей, різниць тощо), спостереження (систематичне та вибіркове), функціонально-вартісний аналіз та інші. Мета дослідження: визначення напрямків підвищення ефективності системи оперативного керування на підприємстві фармацевтичної галузі у контексті сучасного стану вітчизняної економіки. Завдання: - дослідження теоретичних основ створення системи оперативного керування; - аналіз ефективності системи оперативного керування на прикладі підприємства фармацевтичної галузі; - розробка пропозицій щодо поліпшення системи оперативного менеджменту. Інформаційна база дослідження: бухгалтерська та статистична звітність, основні показники діяльності AT «Фармак», інформація мережі Інтернет, наукові дослідження.EN : The object of the study: the system of operative driving and planning at the enterprise. Task: - research of the theoretical foundations of the creation of an operational driving system; - analysis of the effectiveness of the operational management system on the example of an enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry; - development of proposals for improving the operational management system.
