Abstract

UA : Виконано аналіз теоретико-методологічних засад розробки та обґрунтування критеріїв оцінювання результатів управлінської діяльності в організації. Проаналізовано організаційно-управлінську структуру організації та здійснено діагностику проблем оцінювання результатів управлінської діяльності. Визначено і обґрунтовано напрями поліпшення та надано практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення розробки обґрунтування критеріїв оцінювання результатів управлінської діяльності в організаціїEN : The analysis of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development and justification of the criteria for evaluating the results of managerial activities in the organization. Analyzed the organizational and managerial structure of the organization and diagnosed the problems of evaluating the results of management activities. Directions for improvement are identified and justified, and practical recommendations are given for improving the development of substantiation of criteria for evaluating the results of management activities in an organization.
