Об’єкт дослідження: процес роботи початкової школи з обдарованими дітьми. Предмет дослідження: педагогічні умови розвитку взаємодії вчителя початкової школи з обдарованими дітьми. У кваліфікаційній роботі обґрунтовано формувальні заходи, що забезпечують педагогічні умови розвитку взаємодії вчителя початкової школи з обдарованими дітьми; розглянуто психолого-педагогічні основи дитячої обдарованості; вивчено особливості роботи початкової школи з обдарованими дітьми; проаналізовано діяльність вчителя початкової школи по роботі з обдарованими дітьми; досліджено педагогічні умови розвитку роботи вчителя початкової школи з обдарованими дітьми; розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо системи роботи початкової школи з обдарованими дітьми.

The qualification work substantiates the formative measures that provide pedagogical conditions for the development of interaction of the primary school teacher with gifted children; the psychological and pedagogical foundations of children's giftedness are considered; the features of the work of the primary school with gifted children are studied; the activities of the primary school teacher in working with gifted children are analyzed; the pedagogical conditions for the development of the work of the primary school teacher with gifted children are investigated; methodological recommendations are developed regarding the system of work of the primary school with gifted children.
