Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота – 61 сторінка, додатків 1, літературних джерел 55. Мета – дослідження концепції глемпінгу: Розкриття сутності та особливос-тей глемпінгу як форми ресторанного бізнесу у Німеччині. У відповідності до поставленої мети передбачається виконання таких за-вдань: – проаналізувати поняття та сутність глемпінг-туризму; –дослідити конкретні глемпінг готелі та ресторані Німеччини; –організувати тур до глемпінг готелю; Об’єкт дослідження: глемпінг в ресторанному бізнесі Німеччини Предмет дослідження: дослідження екотуризму, а саме глемпінгу та особли-вості глемпінг ресторанів. Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз літературних джерел, порівняль-ний та метод системного підходу. Основна частина роботи присвячена дослідженню та впровадженню глем-пінг рестораннів в туристичному досвіді Німеччини.EN : Qualification work – 61 pages, appendices 1, references 55. In accordance with the set goal, it is planned to perform the following tasks: – to analyze the concept and essence of glamping tourism; –research specific glamping hotels and restaurants in Germany; –organize a tour to the glamping hotel; –justify the financial cost of the tour; –to assess the prospects for the development of glamping in the restaurant business in Germany Object of research: glamping in the restaurant business in Germany The subject of the research: the study of ecotourism, namely glamping and the features of glamping restaurants. Research methods: theoretical analysis of literary sources, comparative and method of systematic approach. The main part of the work is devoted to the study and implementation of glamping restaurants in the tourist experience of Germany.
