UA : Висновки. 1. Охарактеризовано стан наукової розробки проблематики; основний термінологічний ряд, принципи та методи наукового дослідження. 2. Визначено особливості правового регулювання надання адміністративних послуг, види адміністративних послуг та шляхи їх інформаційного забезпечення, суб’єктний склад надання адміністративних послуг із аналізом його завдань. 3.Проаналізовано особливості порядку надання адміністративних послуг у територіальній громаді, позитивний досвід практичної реалізації визначеної сфери у зарубіжних країнах із визначенням напрямків вдосконалення вітчизняної практики.EN : 1. The state of scientific development of the issue is characterized; the main terminology, principles, and methods of scientific research are defined. 2. The peculiarities of legal regulation of the provision of administrative services, types of administrative services, and ways of providing information about them, as well as the subjects involved in the provision of administrative services with an analysis of their tasks, are determined. 3. The peculiarities of the procedure for providing administrative services in the territorial community, positive experience of practical implementation of the specified sphere in foreign countries with the definition of directions for improving domestic practice are analyzed.
