Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – ціннісні орієнтації та кар’єрні домагання жінки-вчителя середнього віку. Необхідність в управлінні професійним самовизначенням постійно відтворюється в суспільстві як результат нормальних протиріч його розвитку. Динамічна зміна й оновлення життя сучасного суспільства, вимагаючи удосконалення професійної освіти різноманітних типів та рівнів, передбачає постійне моделювання і проектування системи професійної адаптації особистості. Отже, актуальність дипломного дослідження обумовлена необхідністю вивчення особливостей професійної адаптації особистості та удосконалення діагностичних засобів, які використовуються в практичній роботі психолога, який займається проблемами професіоналізації особистості. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному дослідженні проблеми взаємозв’язку ціннісних орієнтацій та кар’єрних домагань жінок середнього віку, а саме у виділенні загальних тенденційних особливостей розвитку професійної самосвідомості фахівця. Також розкриває перспективи подальших наукових досліджень мотиваційно-смислової сфери особистості педагога, де домінуючу позицію будуть займати мотиваційні чинники професійної реалізації фахівця, а саме, - його потреби, мотиви, цілі, прагнення, кар’єрні домагання, які й визначають життєві програми та позиції справжніх професіоналів.EN : The work is presented on 80 pages of printed text, contains 7 tables, 4 figures. The need to manage professional self-determination is constantly reproduced in society as a result of normal contradictions of its development. The dynamic change and renewal of life in modern society, requiring the improvement of professional education of various types and levels, involves constant modeling and design of a system of professional adaptation of the individual. Thus, the relevance of the diploma research is due to the need to study the features of professional adaptation of the individual and improve diagnostic tools used in the practical work of a psychologist who deals with the problems of professionalization of the individual. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive study of the problem of the relationship between value orientations and career aspirations of middle-aged women, namely in the identification of general trend features of the development of a specialist's professional self-awareness. It also reveals the prospects for further scientific research into the motivational and semantic sphere of a teacher's personality, where the dominant position will be occupied by the motivational factors of a specialist's professional realization, namely, his needs, motives, goals, aspirations, career aspirations, which determine the life programs and positions of true professionals.
