Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження: формування професійної компетентності працівників громадської організації. Предмет дослідження: соціально-педагогічні умови формування та розвитку професійної компетентності працівників громадської організації в умовах війни. Мета дослідження: науково обґрунтувати соціально-педагогічні умови, що забезпечують успішне формування та розвиток професійної компетентності працівників громадської організації в умовах війни. Методи дослідження: аналіз наукової літератури, нормативно-правових документів; синтез, порівняння й узагальнення; системно-узагальнюючий метод; прогностичний. Теоретичне значення роботи полягає в тому, що: - вперше виявлено: вплив професійних стандартів, війни та вимог ринка на зміст професійної компетентності працівників громадської організації; - уточнено: модель формування професійної компетентності працівників громадської організації; - дістало подальшого розвитку: соціально-педагогічні умови формування та розвитку професійної компетентності працівників громадської організації в умовах війни. Практичне значення дослідження полягає в розробці методичних порад для громадських організацій, щодо підвищення ефективності формування та розвитку професійної компетентності працівників в умовах війни.EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 2 chapters, conclusions, a list of references (67 titles). Researchers emphasise that professionals working in the social and pedagogical sphere must have the knowledge and skills to work effectively with people who have experienced traumatic events. Professionals need to be prepared to work under conditions of increased stress, instability and danger, providing the necessary support to families and children. The purpose of the study: to scientifically substantiate the socio-pedagogical conditions that ensure the successful formation and development of professional competence of NGO employees in the context of war. Objectives of the study: 1. To analyse scientific and literary sources related to professional competence as a scientific concept. 2. To study professional standards as the most important condition in the process of forming the professional competence of employees of NGOs 3. To clarify the types of social services provided by NGOs and the requirements for professional competence of NGO employees. 4. To study the model of professional competence development of future social workers. 5. To characterise the socio-pedagogical conditions that most effectively contribute to the formation of professional competences of NGO employees. Object of research: formation of professional competence of future employees of a non-governmental organisation. Subject of the study: socio-pedagogical conditions for the formation and 9 development of professional competence of future employees of a non-governmental organisation in wartime. Section 1. «Scientific-Theoretical and Practical Foundations for Forming Professional Competence of NGO Workers». This section discusses the development of professional competence among employees of non-governmental organizations (NGOs). It focuses on three main areas: 1. The Problem of Professional Competence in the Scientific Literature. 2. Professional Standards as the Most Important Condition in the Process of Forming Professional Competences of Employees of Non-Governmental Organisations. 3. Types of Social Services Provided by Civil Society Organisations and Requirements for the Professional Competence of Civil Society Organisations’ Employees. Section 2 «Socio-pedagogical conditions for the formation and development of professional competence of employees of a civic organisation» examines the socio pedagogical conditions necessary for developing the professional competence of employees working in civic organizations, particularly focusing on child protection workers. The discussion is organized into three main sections: 1. Model of Professional Competencies of Child Protection Workers: Experience of Project Activities of NGOs. 2. Pedagogical Conditions for the Formation and Development of Professional Competencies of NGO Employees. 3. Social Partnership between a Civil Society Organisation and a University as a Condition for the Formation of Professional Competences of Civil Society Organisations’ Employees. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of methodological recommendations for non-governmental organizations to improve the effectiveness of forming professional competence of employees in wartime conditions.
