Інтеграція штучного інтелекту в адміністративний менеджмент як драйвер модернізації організаційних систем

Abstract

UA : У роботі проаналізовано понятійно-категоріальний апарат автоматизації управлінської діяльності. Досліджено специфіку та моделі впровадження інтелектуальних технологій у різних формах управління: у класичній бюрократії, у новому публічному менеджменті (NPM) та у мережевому управлінні. Визначено головні переваги, технічні та кадрові проблеми, а також розроблено етичні та правові основи використання штучного інтелекту в сучасному управлінні. Здійснено детальний аналіз практичного досвіду, інструментів та систем штучного інтелекту, що використовуються для підтримки управлінської діяльності та оптимізації бізнес-процесів у провідних компаніях (на прикладі АТ КБ «ПриватБанк» та Microsoft). Оцінено ефективність інтеграції ШІ у процеси прийняття рішень та оптимізацію організаційних структур.EN : The qualification thesis is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological approaches, as well as scientific and practical principles of implementing artificial intelligence into the system of administrative management. The paper analyzes the conceptual and categorical framework of management activity automation. The specifics and models of implementing intelligent technologies in various management systems are studied, including classical bureaucracy, New Public Management (NPM), and network governance. The main advantages, technical and personnel challenges are identified, and ethical and legal foundations for the use of artificial intelligence in modern management are developed. A detailed analysis of practical experience, tools, and artificial intelligence systems used to support management activities and optimize business processes in leading companies (based on the examples of JSC CB “PrivatBank” and Microsoft) has been conducted. The effectiveness of AI integration into decision-making processes and organizational structure optimization has been evaluated.
