Психологічна оцінка динаміки морально-психологічного стану військовослужбовців в умовах бойових дій

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – морально-психологічний стан військовослужбовців в умовах бойових дій. Актуальність кваліфікаційного дослідження, насамперед виявляється в тому, що в умовах озброєної агресії російської федерації проти України постає безпрецедентний виклик перед необхідністю змін у структурі й задачах психологічної підтримки персоналу та забезпечення задовільного морально-психологічного стану військовослужбовців. Перед військовими та психологами з’являється завдання аналогів якому немає в сучасній історії, психології та військовій справі. Виокремлення цих нових викликів має задати основу ефективного оцінювання та покращення підтримки морально-психологічний стан особового складу, контроль за яким значно залежить від умінь й готовності командирів співпрацювати з психологами у здійснення такої підтримки. Сьогодні в умовах безпрецедентно тривалих, сучасних, бойових діях особливої ваги набуває якісна оцінка морально-психологічного стану командирами, яка є основою побудови відповідних рекомендацій й успішного виконання бойових завдань. Вибір теми зумовлений не лише її науковою та практичною актуальністю, а й професійним досвідом автора як офіцера Збройних Сил України за напрямом психологічної підтримки персоналу. Наукова новизна полягає у відстеженні динамки морально-психологічного стану військовослужбовців штурмового підрозділу в період до безпосередньої участі у бойових діях та під час залучення до бойових дій; розширення існуючих засобів оцінки морально-психологічного стану військовослужбовців.EN : The work is presented on 67 pages, printed text, 2 figures, 7 tables, 4 appendices. The list of references includes 48 sources. The object of the study is the moral and psychological state of military personnel in combat conditions. The relevance of the qualification study is primarily manifested in the fact that in the conditions of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, an unprecedented challenge arises in the need to change the structure and tasks of psychological support for personnel and ensure a satisfactory moral and psychological state of military personnel. The military and psychologists are faced with a task that has no analogues in modern history, psychology and military affairs. The identification of these new challenges should set the basis for effective assessment and improvement of support for the moral and psychological state of personnel, control over which largely depends on the skills and willingness of commanders to cooperate with psychologists in providing such support. Today, in conditions of unprecedentedly long, modern, combat operations, a qualitative assessment of the moral and psychological state by commanders is of particular importance, which is the basis for building appropriate recommendations and successfully completing combat missions. The choice of the topic is due not only to its scientific and practical relevance, but also to the author's professional experience as an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the field of psychological support of personnel. The scientific novelty lies in tracking the dynamics of the moral and psychological state of servicemen of the assault unit in the period before direct participation in combat operations and during involvement in combat operations; expanding the existing means of assessing the moral and psychological state of servicemen.
