Цифрове середовище як ресурс соціальної підтримки в умовах війни

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 84 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 19 таблиць, 4 рисункf. Перелік посилань включає 80 джерела. Об'єкт дослідження – соціальна підтримка особистості в умовах війни. Повномасштабна російська агресія проти України спричинила безпрецедентну гуманітарну кризу, що охопила мільйони громадян, які зазнали травматичного впливу воєнних дій, втратили близьких, житло, звичний спосіб життя та соціальні зв'язки. Масштаби психологічної травматизації населення вимагають мобілізації всіх доступних ресурсів для надання психологічної та соціальної підтримки, проте традиційна інфраструктура допомоги виявляється недостатньою для задоволення зростаючих потреб через обмеженість фахівців, руйнування стаціонарних закладів у зонах активних бойових дій, вимушене переміщення населення. За даними Всесвітньої організації охорони здоров'я, воєнні конфлікти супроводжуються різким зростанням поширеності посттравматичних стресових розладів, депресивних станів, тривожних розладів серед цивільного населення, що потребує невідкладного розширення доступу до психологічної підтримки через альтернативні канали надання допомоги. Наукова новизна полягає у комплексному дослідженні цифрового середовища як ресурсу соціальної підтримки в умовах воєнного конфлікту, систематизації особливостей функціонування цифрових платформ в умовах масової травматизації населення та визначенні типологічних груп користувачів за характером взаємодії з онлайн-ресурсами підтримки.EN : The work is presented on 84 pages of printed text, contains 19 tables, 4 figures. The full-scale Russian aggression against Ukraine has caused an unprecedented humanitarian crisis that has affected millions of citizens who have suffered the traumatic impact of military operations, lost loved ones, housing, a familiar way of life and social ties. The scale of psychological traumatization of the population requires the mobilization of all available resources to provide psychological and social support, but the traditional infrastructure of assistance is insufficient to meet the growing needs due to the limited number of specialists, the destruction of stationary institutions in areas of active hostilities, and the forced displacement of the population. According to the World Health Organization, military conflicts are accompanied by a sharp increase in the prevalence of post-traumatic stress disorders, depressive states, and anxiety disorders among the civilian population, which requires urgent expansion of access to psychological support through alternative channels of assistance. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive study of the digital environment as a resource of social support in conditions of military conflict, the systematization of the features of the functioning of digital platforms in conditions of mass traumatization of the population, and the identification of typological groups of users by the nature of interaction with online support resources.
