UA : Доведено, що найефективнішим методом поліпшення функціонування вулиць міста, забезпечення безпеки для транспорту та пішоходів, зниження рівня шуму та забруднення повітря є впровадження міських дорожньо транспортних рішень на різних рівнях. При цьому важливо враховувати, що організація руху на різних рівнях на одному перехресті вирішує локальну проблему, яка стосується конкретного вузла, а не всієї дороги в цілому.EN : It has been proven that the most effective method of improving the functioning of city streets, ensuring safety for transport and pedestrians, reducing the level of noise and air pollution is the implementation of urban road and transport solutions at various levels. At the same time, it is important to consider that the organization of traffic at different levels at one intersection solves a local problem that concerns a specific node, and not the entire road as a whole.
