Молоде покоління це в першу чергу майбутнє кожної нації у світі. Процес формування і розвитку особистості починається з самого моменту народження дитини. Саме в родині, яка є природним середовищем первинної соціалізації дитини, одночасно першим вихователем, джерелом матеріальної, моральної та емоційної підтримки, закладаються основи розвитку нахилів, здібностей, моральні норми, норми людських стосунків. Правильне виховання та розвиток закладають майбутні основи та перспективи на майбутнє, а саме процес виховання дитини в сім`ї, який є основним і первинним для людини, його вплив на формування ідеалів, пріоритетів, орієнтирів в житті з боку сім’ї закладає основу для подальшого формування особистості в цілому та професійної свідомості, що і формує актуальність проведення даного дослідження. Наш сучасний світ характеризується дуже швидкими змінами, економічними реформами, соціальними трансформаціями, глобальними викликами, кризами, природними катаклізмами, пандеміями, військовими конфліктами та іншими факторами, які суттєво впливають на життя дітей та їхніх сімей. Чисельність людей, яким все важче пристосовуватися до стрімких змін, з кожним роком зростає. В таких умовах сучасній молоді може бути складно самостійно зорієнтуватися у широкому світі, у світі сучасних професій, ринку праці та усвідомлено здійснити вибір своєї майбутньої професійної діяльності з урахуванням свого покликання, вподобань, своїх нахилів та здібностей. Внаслідок чого, молодь гостро потребує професійної кваліфікованої допомоги у побудові власної освітньої і майбутньої професійної траєкторії.
