Розробка оптимальних складів нових шлакоутворювальних сумішей для МБЛЗ

Abstract

UA : У роботі ставиться завдання дослідити технологію використання нових шлакоутворювальних сумішей для розливки сталі на МБЛЗ, а саме - надано обґрунтування завдання; систематизована паливно-сировинна база киснево-конвертерного процесу; обґрунтовані виробнича програма цеху та сортамент продукції; проведений вибір конструкції, кількості та ємності основних продуктивних агрегатів; розроблені об’ємно-планувальних рішень будівлі, розташування обладнання та основних відділень у цеху та розглянуті вантажопотоки конвертерного цеху; наведена конструкція конвертера з комбінованим продуванням та конструкція пристрою для подачі кисню в конвертер; проведена розробка шлакоутворювальних сумішей для розливання сталі на МБЛЗ.EN : The work sets the task of investigating the technology of using new slag-forming mixtures for casting steel on continuous casting machines, namely - the justification of the task is provided; the fuel and raw material base of the oxygen-converter process is systematized; the production program of the shop and the product range are substantiated; the design, quantity and capacity of the main productive units are selected; volumetric planning solutions for the building, the location of equipment and main departments in the shop are developed and the cargo flows of the converter shop are considered; the design of a converter with combined blowing and the design of a device for supplying oxygen to the converter are presented; slag-forming mixtures for casting steel on continuous casting machines are developed.
